LJW Recruitment Solutions is a growing recruitment business with an expanding presence in the US engineering market. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester-based team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and developing our US engineering division. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while driving new business and strengthening client relationships across the US market.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based engineering roles
- Source, screen, and place high-quality engineering candidates
- Meet and exceed individual billing targets
Proven experience in recruitment (360 consultant preferred). Experience in engineering recruitment or US markets is advantageous.
