What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
- Conducting title checks, preparing contract packs, and reviewing searches
