We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a growing national housing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in private practice who is looking to transition in-house and broaden their commercial exposure.
The Role
- Working closely with the General Counsel and senior stakeholders across the business, you will support a wide range of legal matters, including:
- Corporate and commercial matters
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Supplier and development agreements
- Dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters
- Legal research and risk analysis
- Maintaining contract management systems and compliance records
