Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join its busy Stratford office. The department benefits from longstanding relationships with estate agents, introducers, developers, lenders, and repeat clients, ensuring a consistent flow of quality instructions throughout the year. Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. New build purchases • Help to Buy matters • Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting legal documentation. • Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, management companies and other solicitors. • Assisting with business development and helping to strengthen existing referral relationships. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer status. • A minimum of 2 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing. • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Lawyers benefit from genuine support from senior management, excellent administrative resources and a collaborative working environment where career progression is actively encouraged.
