An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly respected and long-established law firm with a strong presence across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a firm that combines the resources and stability of an established practice with the culture and flexibility of a modern, client-focused business. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join its busy Stratford office.

The department benefits from longstanding relationships with estate agents, introducers, developers, lenders, and repeat clients, ensuring a consistent flow of quality instructions throughout the year.

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
  • New build purchases.
  • Help to Buy matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting legal documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, management companies and other solicitors.
  • Assisting with business development and helping to strengthen existing referral relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer status.
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing.
  • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
