The Opportunity
You’ll lead and grow the firm’s Commercial Property department, overseeing a mix of development, investment, and landlord/tenant work for a broad client base including developers, SMEs, local authorities, and national businesses. You’ll manage your own high-value caseload, mentor junior lawyers, contribute to firmwide growth strategies, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management.
What We’re Looking For:- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 8+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- A confident, strategic leader with deep knowledge of the property market and strong commercial instincts
- Proven experience managing complex transactions and leading teams
- Strong client-handling, business development, and leadership skills
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to be part of a high-performing senior team
