We are working with a highly regarded, tech-enabled law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll be supported by a skilled admin and tech team, allowing you to focus on legal work and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters independently
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal with enquiries
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SRA/AML)
