An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor (Associate level, 3β6 years PQE) to join a leading regional law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll advise on a varied and high-quality caseload, including complex private children matters, high-value financial remedy cases and matters with an international element. The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private family law matters.
- Advise on complex private children disputes.
- Handle financial remedy matters, including high-net-worth cases.
- Support senior lawyers on complex and high-profile cases.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Deliver practical, empathetic and commercially focused legal advice.
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate, with support to further develop these skills.
- Contribute to business development and networking activities.
- Play an active role in the continued growth and success of the team.
About You
- 3β6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Family Law.
- Experience managing their own caseload.
- Strong knowledge of both private children and financial remedy work (essential).
- Experience of, or a genuine interest in, international family matters.
- Advocacy experience or a desire to develop advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- An interest in networking and developing professional relationships.
