The Opportunity
You’ll manage a broad range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts and policies. The role will involve both advisory and litigation work, supporting clients from instruction through to resolution. You’ll also play an active part in developing the department’s external presence by engaging in business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years' PQE in Employment Law
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills
- Business development mindset and willingness to engage with the wider professional community
- Based in or willing to commute to Cardiff, with hybrid working
