Our client, a prestigious Top 50 UK law firm, is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Senior Associate to join its thriving Birmingham office. This represents an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected Corporate teams, working alongside leading Partners on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic legal advice to PLCs, private equity houses, management teams, owner-managed businesses, institutional investors and fast-growth companies. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of transactional work, they are seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Corporate team is recognised nationally for its expertise and advises on some of the most significant transactions in the market. The department works closely with colleagues across Banking, Tax, Employment, Commercial, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution to deliver seamless support to clients. The Birmingham team continues to experience significant growth and offers exposure to market-leading work without the culture often associated with larger City firms.
