Our client, a prestigious global US law firm, is seeking an exceptional Corporate M&A lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic London team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly regarded corporate practice, handling high-value and complex M&A transactions, including public M&A.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high-value mergers and acquisitions and a strong commercial mindset. Experience in advising energy clients or sophisticated financial institutions, such as investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders, and other major investors is essential. You will work closely with a high-calibre team of professionals on intricate and high-profile deals across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Requirements:
  • 4-6 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A from a leading law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in high-value M&A transactions with experience or a keen interest in public M&A.
  • Prior experience advising energy clients or major financial institutions.
