The Role
You will play a key role within a well-established and highly respected Commercial Real Estate team, working closely with partners and enjoying early responsibility and client exposure. Your work will include:
- Leading and managing high-value commercial property transactions for a diverse client base
- Advising on a broad range of matters including development projects, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment property and complex commercial transactions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and contributing to repeat instructions
- Supporting the growth and development of a sub-team, with the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers
- Working closely with partners on strategic initiatives and the continued expansion of the Manchester practice
- Actively participating in business development, networking and profile-raising, with strong internal support and resources
