A leading Top 200 law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Associate / Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Shropshire.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working with a varied client base that may include developers, investors, landlords, tenants, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and landed estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
- Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence
- Advising on development, investment and portfolio management matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently
- Experience advising on a range of commercial property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
- Ambition to progress within a respected Top 200 firm
