You will become a key member of the senior leadership team, helping to drive the firm's financial strategy, continued growth, and future success. Developing and delivering the firm's financial strategy, budgets and forecasts Producing monthly management accounts, financial reports and KPI analysis Managing cash flow, profitability, financial planning and working capital Overseeing the firm's annual budgeting and audit processes Monitoring financial performance across departments and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Supporting the Partners with business planning, investment decisions and commercial analysis Overseeing payroll, VAT, tax compliance and statutory reporting Driving continuous improvement across financial systems, reporting and operational processes Solid finance experience gained within a law firm (essential) Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferred, although candidates without formal qualifications will be considered where they can demonstrate substantial legal finance experience Strong understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and legal finance management Finance Managers, Senior Finance Professionals, Commercial Finance, or Heads of Finance within legal practice who are looking to step into a broader strategic leadership role, with excellent incentives and benefits.
