LJW Solutions is a specialist legal recruitment consultancy working with leading law firms across the UK and internationally. We take a consultative, relationship-led approach and focus on quality over volume.
We are growing and are now looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team.
This is a full 360 legal recruitment role where you will manage candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven person who wants to work hard and earn well.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and engaging legal professionals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and client briefings
- Negotiating offers and managing placements
- Developing your own specialist market over time
You will be a strong fit if you have:
- At least 1 year of sales experience (any sector), or
- A law degree (LLB or equivalent) with an interest in legal recruitment
You will also bring:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven mindset
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with senior professionals
- Ambition to grow and progress in a performance-based role

Commission & Earnings- 20% commission on all billings
- 25% commission if target is hit within the first 6 months of the year
