The Role
- Lead on complex private wealth matters including:
- Succession and estate planning
- Trust structuring and administration
- Inheritance tax and lifetime tax planning
- Wills, probate and estate administration
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
- Advise a broad client base including HNW/UHNW individuals, landed estates, entrepreneurs and family businesses
- Play a key role in business development and client relationship management
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a fully integrated private wealth service
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team
About You
- An established Private Client Partner or Senior Associate ready for step-up
- Strong technical expertise across private wealth, tax and succession planning
- A demonstrable following or clear business development track record
