Residential Conveyancer Paralegal

Main responsibilities: * Supporting senior fee earners on a caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold properties. * You will also build and manage your own caseload, depending on your experience and ambition. Extra responsibility can be given according to candidate level. * Drafting legal documents and dealing with client and solicitor correspondence. * Supporting junior support staff when required. You will: * Have at least 3-4 years experience within residential conveyancing within a UK private practice law firm. * Have a professional and confident telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person. * Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
