Our client, a dynamic and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator who is looking to take on high-quality, varied work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of complex disputes while playing an active role in client relationship management and the continued growth of the firm.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of contentious matters, including:

  • Corporate and commercial disputes
  • Residential and commercial property litigation

Working with a varied client base — including business owners, SMEs, property developers, landlords, and private individuals — you will provide clear, pragmatic advice and deliver efficient, commercially focused outcomes. You will also work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to team development, cross-referrals, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
  • Have a broad litigation background, ideally covering both commercial and property disputes
  • Demonstrate strong technical ability alongside a practical, solutions-driven approach
  • Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent communication and client care skills
