Salary: £29,080 per annum + monthly bonus
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading international retailer within the hair and beauty industry to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their Omagh location.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, developing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the Omagh store, leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service, achieve targets and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve individual and business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
- Identify talent and support employee development and succession planning.
- Create a positive, motivated and customer-focused team environment.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, attract new customers and build customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends within the Omagh area.
- Deliver marketing campaigns and maximise promotional opportunities.
Customer Experience
- Champion excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Develop team product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Use customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
Store Operations
- Ensure the effective day-to-day management of the Omagh store.
- Maintain high standards of stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Manage staffing levels and store resources effectively.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in retail management or leading a customer-facing team.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial results.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commercially minded and proactive approach to business growth.
- A passion for customer service and creating a positive team culture.
Experience within the hair and beauty industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
