An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Great Yarmouth. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role offers the chance to join a supportive team with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build purchases
    • Shared ownership matters
    • Right to Buy transactions
  • Providing high levels of client care throughout the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Maintaining accurate file management and case records

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Fee Earner with equivalent expertise
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Have a proactive and client-focused approach
