Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SRA/Bar Council regulations and GDPR.
- Supervise and support administrative and legal support staff.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training.
- Liaise with external vendors, IT providers, and other service professionals.
