This role offers full remote working flexibility, ideal for those wanting to balance a busy caseload with lifestyle priorities.
About the Role:
You will manage a varied caseload primarily focused on housing litigation, with a strong emphasis on disrepair claims alongside possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, and homelessness appeals. You will provide expert advice to landlords, housing associations, and local authorities, advocating for clients and ensuring high-quality case outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 5 years PQE in housing litigation
- Must have demonstrable experience handling disrepair matters
- Confident in court advocacy with a strong track record in possession claims and other housing litigation
- Ability to manage cases independently and work remotely
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
- Comfortable with technology and remote case management
- Based within 1.5 hours of Kent to attend occasional client or court meetings if required
