An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Great Yarmouth. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role offers the chance to join a supportive team with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Providing high levels of client care throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and case records
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Fee Earner with equivalent expertise
- Possess strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Have a proactive and client-focused approach
