A well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to take a leadership role within a growing department that handles a broad spectrum of private family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, children arrangements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, TOLATA and cohabitation disputes.
- Supervise and support junior solicitors, fee earners and paralegals.
- Conduct case reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained across the team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and departmental development.
- Handle advocacy where appropriate and liaise with counsel when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of client care and professional service.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in family law (guideline only).
- Experience handling a full range of private family law cases.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
