About the Role:

A well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to take a leadership role within a growing department that handles a broad spectrum of private family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, children arrangements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements TOLATA and cohabitation disputes
• Supervise and support junior solicitors, fee earners and paralegals
• Conduct case reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained across the team
• Contribute to strategic planning and departmental development
• Handle advocacy where appropriate and liaise with counsel when necessary
• Maintain high levels of client care and professional service

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in family law (guideline only)
• Experience handling a full range of private family law cases
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
