Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team. The successful candidate will manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload , advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and related matters. Managing a varied Private Client caseload independently Drafting Wills, LPAs and other legal documentation Providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice Building strong, long-term client relationships Liaising with beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties Maintaining accurate case management and ensuring regulatory compliance Qualified Solicitor and experienced in Private Client law Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Collaborative team player with a positive and commercial approach
