The role is to welcome a compassionate, confident Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE to join the successful Private Client team. You’ll play a key part in advising both existing and new clients, ensuring every client feels respected, understood and in safe hands from start to finish.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Delivering tailored legal advice, ensuring that their renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable.
- Building strong client relationships through professionalism and empathy while providing a seamless service.
- Meeting clients both in person and remotely, ensuring they feel comfortable and well supported.
- Providing clear, sensitive and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection cases.
- Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining excellent file management and compliance with SRA regulations.
- Working alongside the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
- Supporting the growth of the brand by exploring new opportunities and nurturing strong relationships.
