Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancing Professional to join their thriving team. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include both freehold and leasehold transactions, acting for a diverse client base ranging from first-time buyers to experienced investors and landlords.

  • Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions independently
  • Handling freehold and leasehold matters from start to finish
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, though experienced Licensed Conveyancers and Conveyancing Executives will also be considered.

  • Ideally 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage conveyancing matters independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
