Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm

Location: Chelmsford

The role involves welcoming a compassionate, confident Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE to join the successful Private Client team. You’ll play a key part in advising both existing and new clients, ensuring every client feels respected, understood and in safe hands from start to finish.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored legal advice, ensuring that renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable.
  • Building strong client relationships through professionalism and empathy while providing a seamless service.
  • Meeting clients both in person and remotely, ensuring they feel comfortable and well supported.
  • Providing clear, sensitive and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
  • Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection cases.
  • Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining excellent file management and compliance with SRA regulations.
  • Working alongside the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Supporting the growth of the brand by exploring new opportunities and nurturing strong relationships.
