We are looking for someone to join our Drawing Office at our M&E Building Services Company in Stockton on Tees to assist with the administration and distribution of Project Drawings and Documentation. The right candidate will be a self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and have a pro-active approach to work. The right person will be able to work well under pressure and be able to work to changing priorities.

This role will involve:

  • Completing Drawing Registers in Microsoft Excel and distributing via Microsoft Teams
  • Issuing Drawing Registers to internal project teams and external partners
  • Uploading and downloading documents from online portals
  • General filing and administration of project folders
  • Printing and issuing drawings for site
  • Completion of M&E Record Drawings in Autocad
  • General Detail Drawings
  • Converting drawings from DWG to PDF
  • Maintaining Supplies for the printers / plotters

Microsoft Office Experience essential. Experience with Document Control and using online Portals preferred. Qualification / Experience in 2D Autocad preferred.

Salary: Minimum Wage to start, may be negotiable depending on experience. Inc. Private Medical Care, Pension Scheme and Bonus Scheme.
