We are seeking two dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team. No experience, no problem - full training will be provided! The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by working with our delivery & commercial teams. The positions require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You must be eager to learn & ready for a challenge!

Duties:

  • Monitor subcontractor invoicing & submit payments.
  • Review photographic evidence for payment submission.
  • Maintain accurate records & databases.
  • Support project managers and field teams with admin tasks.
  • Submit & track Streetworks permits.
  • Communicate with clients and councils.
  • Ensure compliance with regards to client expectations, regulations & deadlines.
