We are seeking two dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team. No experience, no problem - full training will be provided! The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by working with our delivery and commercial teams. The positions require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You must be eager to learn and ready for a challenge!

Duties:

  • Monitor subcontractor invoicing and submit payments.
  • Review photographic evidence for payment submission.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Support project managers and field teams with admin tasks.
  • Submit and track Streetworks permits.
  • Communicate with clients and councils.
  • Ensure compliance with regards to client expectations, regulations and deadlines.
