I&C Manager – Data Centres – Finland Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of Data Centre construction projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works The need now exists for an experienced I&C Manager to join the team working on a Hyper-Scale Data Centre new build scheme in Finland. Responsibilities * Design and Implementation of I&C Systems: Lead the design, specification, and integration of instrumentation and control systems to monitor and control electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Ensure these systems align with the data centre’s operational and performance requirements. * Coordination with Engineering Teams: Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of I&C systems with the overall building infrastructure. Facilitate collaboration to meet project goals and operational efficiency. * Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement process for all instrumentation and control equipment, including reviewing vendor proposals, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and installation. * Commissioning and System Integration: Manage the commissioning process of I&C systems to ensure proper operation. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure full integration with building management systems (BMS) for optimal data centre functionality. * Compliance, Safety, and Quality Assurance: Ensure all I&C systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks. Oversee the creation of system documentation, including testing procedures, maintenance protocols, and operational manuals to support ongoing system reliability. Requirements Must have relevant degree or equivalent trades background. Ideal Candidate will be based in Finland or happy to work on a rotational basis. Data Centre experience is preferred. Benefits €85,000 – €90,000 + Benefits
