Lead the planning function across multiple industrial projects, ensuring robust, integrated construction programmes are developed and maintained from pre-construction through to project handover.
Team & Resource Management:
Manage and mentor a team of planners across regional sites. Drive consistency in planning standards, tools, and reporting across the industrial business unit.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with project directors, commercial teams, and clients to align programme objectives, mitigate risk, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Programme Risk & Delay Analysis:
Identify and manage project risks through proactive planning techniques. Undertake forensic delay analysis and contribute to extension of time claims where necessary. xrnqpay Planning Systems & Continuous Improvement:
Champion the use of planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject) and contribute to ongoing development of internal systems, workflows, and planning best practices.
RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualification
Must have 10+ years' experience in a similar role on similar large scale construction projects
