Our client is a growing regional contractor specialising in leisure construction, refurbishment and conversion projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects nationwide.

The company delivers a range of leisure developments, including new build facilities, refurbishment schemes and the conversion of existing buildings into modern padel court venues and associated leisure spaces. Projects typically range in value from £500k to £2m, requiring a Project Manager who can effectively manage multiple live schemes, coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships.

Based from the Oxfordshire head office, this is not a site-based role; however, regular travel throughout the UK will be required to visit projects, attend meetings and ensure successful delivery across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple leisure construction and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
  • Take responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance across all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors.
