Take full ownership of assigned packages, managing budgets, cost control, and profitability, ensuring delivery aligns with programme and financial targets.
- Valuations & Variations Prepare and submit Applications for Payment, assess and price variations independently, and maintain accurate financial reporting for each project.
- Subcontractor Management Oversee subcontractor packages to ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards, and programme deadlines.
- Contract Administration & Risk Mitigation Administer contracts, manage variations and claims, and proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks. xohmjla
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and supporting commercial decision-making.
