b Overview /b p In this role you will lead subcontract procurement and management for a portfolio of mixed-use residential developments in London. You will work within an integrated in-house delivery team to drive subcontractor performance, ensure compliance, and protect project value. The role involves close collaboration with site and commercial teams and site visits as projects progress. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes sustainable, high-quality delivery and strong supplier relationships. This is a great opportunity to shape delivery across multiple live and upcoming projects. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Subcontract procurement and appointment, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation and appointment aligned with programme and commercial objectives /li li Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, capacity and compliance /li li Provide contractual and commercial support, managing variations and change control /li li Coordinate with project managers, site teams and planners to ensure proper scoping and sequencing of packages /li li Ensure subcontractors meet health safety, quality and sustainability standards and address performance issues promptly /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 4+ years experience in a similar role on construction projects /li li Must have degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background /li li Based within a commutable distance to London /li /ul ul li collaboration and stakeholder management /li li commercial awareness /li li problem-solving /li li tendering, evaluation, and negotiation of subcontract packages /li li contract management and change control /li li performance monitoring and compliance tracking /li /ul
