A leading fit-out main contractor is seeking a proactive, energetic Health & Safety Manager to join their team on a high-profile pharmaceutical facility project in Stevenage. As Health & Safety Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving site safety culture, ensuring full compliance, and supporting construction teams to deliver works to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities- Lead all site-based health & safety activities on a major pharmaceutical fit-out
- Conduct inspections, audits, and toolbox talks, driving continuous improvement
- Review RAMS, permits, and H&S documentation from subcontractors
- Advise project teams on compliance, risk mitigation and best practice
- Support incident investigations and produce clear reports and follow-up actions
