We are working with a well-established building services contractor delivering multiple projects across London and surrounding areas, and are looking to appoint Electrical Site Managers on a permanent basis. Projects are primarily within the education sector (schools) and are spread across Enfield, Harlow, Stansted, and Heathrow, offering a range of locations across London and the surrounding counties. This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term progression.
You will take full responsibility for managing electrical works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget
- Oversee health & safety, RAMS, and compliance
- Liaise with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders
- Review drawings and manage technical queries
- Drive quality, commissioning readiness, and handover
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
- Background in building services / MEP projects
- Experience on commercial or education projects (schools ideal)
- Strong health & safety and site delivery knowledge
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Stable work history preferred
- £65K - £75K + package (flexible for the right candidate)
