The Role:
- Lead architectural design for hyperscale and colocation data centres.
- Manage multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and fire teams.
- Drive design innovation using BIM/Revit.
- Deliver across RIBA Stages 2–6, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Represent the company at client and design meetings.
Requirements:
- Chartered Architect (RIBA/ARB).
- 8+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally in mission-critical or technology projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and digital coordination tools.
