Were working with a leading M&E subcontractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Leeds and the surrounding region, and are currently seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor working across commercial, pharmaceutical, and residential projects, with long-term stability and clear progression.

Youll be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of MEP packages across multiple live projects, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full MEP commercial lifecycle across multiple projects
  • Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasting
  • Assess subcontractor applications and payments
  • Manage contractual correspondence (JCT / NEC)
  • Work closely with project and site teams
  • Support procurement and subcontractor management
  • Ensure accurate commercial reporting and CVRs

About You

  • Experience as an MEP / Mechanical / Electrical Quantity Surveyor
  • Background with M&E subcontractors or main contractors
  • Experience across commercial, pharma, or residential projects
