An exceptional opportunity has opened up for a Project-level MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, high-performing specialist contractor working on a major cleanroom/data centre scheme in Central London. This role offers the chance to work in a technically challenging and rewarding environment, with a business known for delivering complex M&E projects to the highest standard.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a £100,000+ salary and package, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven role and has demonstrable experience on highly serviced environments like cleanrooms, data centres, or pharma projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full commercial responsibility for MEP packages on a live, high-value project.
• Manage cost reporting, subcontract procurement, valuations, and variation control.
• Liaise with delivery teams, clients, and supply chain to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Lead on applications for payment, CVRs, and final accounts.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation across all project stages.
• Drive value engineering and protect margin through proactive commercial management.
• Monitor risk and opportunity across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a specialist or principal M&E contractor.
• Project background in data centres, cleanrooms, pharma, or other high-spec environments.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and commercial processes.
• Familiarity with JCT or NEC forms of contract.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work from the Central London office/site full-time.
