Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Administration Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the project site office, ensuring efficient administrative support, document control, and smooth operational workflows.
  • Document Control & Reporting Support: Manage project documentation, including correspondence, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination & Team Support: Provide administrative support to project leadership and site teams, coordinating meetings, travel, onboarding, and general office requirements.
  • Supplier & Facilities Management: Liaise with suppliers and service providers to maintain office facilities, equipment, and consumables, ensuring the site operates effectively at all times.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Compliance: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and ensuring compliance with company procedures and site protocols.

Requirements

  • Must have relevant degree level qualifications or similar.
  • Must have 4+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects.
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth.
