QA/QC CSA Engineer

Data Centre Construction £70,000 - £80,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Living Allowance Blyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site) We're recruiting for an experienced QA/QC CSA Engineer to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth, England.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a flagship mission-critical project, ensuring all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance from construction through to project handover.

As QA/QC CSA Engineer, you'll work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Quality Team and subcontractors to inspect works, manage quality documentation, and ensure all project specifications and client standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Inspect and monitor all CSA works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project QA/QC procedures and inspection processes.

Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and quality documentation.

Carry out site inspections, audits and issue NCRs where required.

Support subcontractors in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.

Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspections, certifications and test results.

Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.

Assist with project handover, quality dossiers and O&M documentation.

Promote a strong culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.

Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer on major construction projects.

Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, quality standards and inspection procedures.

Experience developing QA/QC processes, ITPs and managing inspections.

Previous experience on Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work within fast-paced construction environments.
