A leading specialist contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK is expanding its commercial team and is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support major live projects. You will support the commercial management of a major data centre project, gaining exposure to cost control, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting on a fast-paced, high-value build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Support procurement and subcontractor package management
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and cost reports
  • Work closely with site and project teams to support commercial delivery

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
