You will support the commercial management of a major data centre project, gaining exposure to cost control, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting on a fast-paced, high-value build.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support procurement and subcontractor package management
- Assist in the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Maintain accurate commercial records and cost reports
- Work closely with site and project teams to support commercial delivery
- Develop strong knowledge of data centre construction and commercial processes
