Working closely with the BIM Manager and project teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing coordinated BIM models and manufacturing drawings for offsite MEP modules, helping drive innovation in prefabrication and modular construction. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed 3D BIM models for prefabricated MEP modulesDevelop manufacturing drawings for offsite fabricationGenerate piping isometrics from P&IDs and specificationsCoordinate MEP services within plant rooms and modular assembliesEnsure BIM models align with factory production requirementsIntegrate models into federated BIM environmentsSupport design reviews to maximise prefabrication opportunitiesLiaise with design teams to resolve technical queries through RFI processesAssist with the development of prefabrication standards and proceduresCoordinate with structural engineers and project teamsMaintain BIM documentation and project model dataSupport quality control through model reviews and clash detectionRequirementsDegree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or HVAC3–5+ years’ experience in BIM coordination within MEP / Building ServicesStrong experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Fabrication MEPKnowledge of MEP systems including pipework, HVAC and plant layoutsExperience working on complex construction projectsUnderstanding of offsite manufacturing or modular construction is beneficial
