With a strong pipeline of hyperscale and technical projects, this business offers excellent career progression and long-term stability. You will lead the on-site mechanical package through installation, testing, and handover—managing subcontractors, programme, quality, and safety, while working closely with the project delivery and MEP teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage mechanical subcontractors across HVAC, pipework, and specialist systemsCoordinate all on-site mechanical activities with project and client teamsOversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systemsPrepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and safety plansMonitor labour, progress, and programme milestonesManage delivery, storage, and installation of plant and equipmentEnsure quality, compliance, and safety standards are achieved on siteMaintain strong client communication and reporting throughout the projectCandidate Requirements:Relevant mechanical qualification (BEng, HNC, NVQ, or similar)Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical construction managementBackground in data centres, pharma, cleanrooms, or other complex projectsStrong planning, coordination, and leadership skillsProven track record managing subcontractor teams and multiple systemsExcellent knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirementsBased in or able to commute to Central LondonSalary & Package:85,000 base salaryComprehensive benefits packageCareer progression with a market leader in data centre deliveryStrong pipeline of projects across the UK
