We are working with a growing, forward-thinking contractor delivering high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager (MEP) to support delivery across multiple fast-paced projects. This role would suit someone early in their leadership journey who is looking to step up and take more ownership within a supportive, high-performing team.
You will play a key role in managing MEP services across fit-out projects, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth coordination from design through to handover. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven, and looking to grow into a senior leadership role over time.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate MEP services on fit-out projects
- Support design development and technical reviews
- Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Assist with procurement and package management
- Ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and cost targets
- Help resolve technical issues and coordination challenges
- Support commissioning and handover of services
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
About You
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services
- Experience as a TSM / Assistant TSM / MEP Manager / Project Engineer
- Proven experience on fit-out or commercial projects
- Understanding of MEP coordination and delivery
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop your career
- Based in or able to commute to Central London
