Our client is a growing London based refurbishment and retrofit contractor. They deliver safe, sustainable, high-quality projects and place strong emphasis on excellent service for clients and stakeholders. Specialising in commercial, residential, education and leisure refurbishments, they operate across traditional and design-and-build contracts, managing projects from 250k to 10m + With new ventures and business expansion planned over the next year, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and fast-growing organisation.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a key role within this growing business. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, influence standards, and help shape the company’s presence in the industry. The role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pre-construction process, including PQQs, tender submissions and contract negotiations
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee supply chain management, sourcing new subcontractors and suppliers while strengthening existing relationships
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery, handovers, and capture lessons learned

Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience using Procore project management tools
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical Services Management or a similar role
  • Strong written, presentation and board-level communication skills
